After this activity, the implementation phase begins.

As part of the activities carried out by the Coordination of the Quality Management System of Corporación Business & Development, the procedures related to the execution of maintenance were disclosed.

The person in charge of the area, Lir Piña, highlighted the importance of each team member being involved in order to successfully implement each standard and procedure within the Quality Management System.

“What follows now is to implement what we are going to do, what we declare, always thinking about identifying opportunities for improvement, that is, we have to measure, analyze and make corrective measures if necessary,” said Piña.

In the same way, the CEO of Corporación B&D, Tony Vargas, stressed that for this type of actions -which seek to work with quality and organization criteria- to work, they must be internalized by all members of the organization. “It is not about complying with the procedures because they were stipulated, it is about applying them with the conviction that we are going to make them more efficient, more productive and in this way we will be able to meet the objectives set.

Vargas stated that “this affects not only the operational area but also the commercial area, we know what it means for our clients that we work under regulations, following international standards.”
